Terms and Conditions

Who We Are

FineLuxe operates exclusively as a Wedding & Event Planner specializing in destination weddings in Italy.
We offer private, bespoke planning, design and coordination services for highly personalized weddings and events.

FineLuxe is not a tour operator or a travel agency and does not sell travel packages.

FineLuxe does not organize public tours, group excursions, open guided visits, shared bus services or other standardized tourist services.

Nature of Our Services

All FineLuxe services are tailored to the specific needs of each couple.
We work with a carefully selected network of third-party suppliers, engaged on behalf of and in the interest of our clients.

Details, scope and duration of the services provided will always be specified in your personalized proposal and in the relevant agreement.

Privacy and Confidentiality

FineLuxe treats all personal information, as well as every detail of your wedding or event, with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Data collected is used exclusively to manage enquiries, prepare proposals and deliver the agreed services, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Further information is available in the Privacy Policy published on our website.

Travel Insurance and Wedding Insurance

For your peace of mind, FineLuxe strongly recommends that you take out travel insurance and/or wedding insurance in your country of residence.
This should provide appropriate cover for unforeseen circumstances such as cancellations, health issues, flight delays, adverse weather conditions or other unpredictable events.

Such insurance policies are not provided by FineLuxe.

Enquiries and Information

To receive information about locations, services, availability and price ranges, you can fill out the contact form on our website or write to the email address provided.

Based on the information you share, FineLuxe may propose an introductory consultation or send a bespoke proposal, if there are the conditions for a potential collaboration.

Bookings, Deposits and Balance Payments

To secure an event, a deposit is required as a booking fee and confirmatory advance, together with the signed service agreement.

The amount of the deposit is determined case by case, according to the type of event, number of guests, duration of the service and overall scope of the planning.
Accepted payment methods (for example bank transfer) will be indicated in your proposal and in the contract.

The reservation of FineLuxe services and requested dates is considered confirmed only when:

– the deposit has been received, and

– the agreement has been duly signed by the client

and will be acknowledged through written confirmation sent by email.

The balance must be paid within the timeline specified in the contract. As a general indication, unless otherwise agreed, FineLuxe requires the balance to be settled at least 45 days before the event date.

Any payments due directly to third-party suppliers are subject to their own terms and deadlines, which will be specified in the contract and/or in attached documents.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your wedding or event, cancellation charges will apply.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing by the contract holder via email to the address indicated in the agreement. The effective cancellation date is the date on which we receive your written notice.

The detailed cancellation policy, including the applicable percentages and timelines, will be clearly stated in your contract.

In all cases:

– the initial deposit acts as a non-refundable confirmatory payment

– any deposits already paid to third-party suppliers are subject to each supplier’s own cancellation terms, which may include partial or full penalties.

Events Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)

FineLuxe cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond its direct and effective control. By way of example, and without limitation, this includes:

– adverse weather conditions

– traffic issues, accidents, road closures

– strikes, labour disputes, civil disorder

– travel restrictions or new regulations introduced after booking

– health emergencies, natural disasters

– full or partial non-performance by third-party suppliers

– any other event that is unforeseeable or not reasonably avoidable

In the presence of such circumstances, FineLuxe will always do its best to seek appropriate and, where possible, alternative solutions. However, we cannot guarantee that the original plan will be fully maintained, nor can we be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from such events.

Quality, Venues and Partners

FineLuxe carefully selects venues and partners, favouring places and suppliers that reflect the elegance, culture and beauty of Italy.

Whenever reasonably possible, venues proposed to clients (such as town halls, villas, palaces, castles, restaurants, boutique hotels and similar) are visited or verified by our team with regard to style, atmosphere and suitability for events.

However, any structural changes, changes in management, unannounced renovations or conditions beyond FineLuxe’s control cannot be attributed to our responsibility.
